This pharmaceuticals is one of the biggest company in China. They want to automate because of the production efficiency and the high labor cost.

Challenges
- The disorganized sachets infeeding status hard for the robot to pick one by one.
- The reflow quantity is too big.

Solutions
- Use 3D vision system to identify the stacked infeeding sachets to ensure the accuracy of the robot picking and placing.
- Slow down the conveyor conveying speed, to reduce the reflow quantity.

Result
One machine replaced 10 labors per shift (3 shifts).
