Background
As the rapid development of the personal care industry, the labor cost getting higher and higher and the requirement for the technology level is increasing day by day. Based on that, the first bottle unscrambler in China has come out from our company to meet the market needs. Besides the front-end bottle unscrambler, we also take care of the end-line case packer and palletizer.
Challenges
1. To identify the different labels from the different bottles.
2. To compatible different bottle types on the same line.
3. To handle round bottle type with other bottle type on the same line.
Solution
Use 2D vision and 3D vision system assist with the pin-point conveyor.
Result
The bottle unscrambler can compatible 21 bottle type on the same line with 50ppm speed per robot. Each unit can replace 3-4 persons.
